Terms & Conditions For Guided Tour

Please read carefully before booking your adventure

1. Contract Conclusion

By making a verbal or written booking with MOTORCYCLE TOURS BOLIVIA (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), a binding contract is established. By booking, the customer accepts these terms as part of the agreement.

2. Subject of the Contract

The Organizer is obligated to provide the agreed services. Additional services may be included upon agreement and will be paid by the client.

3. Participation Terms

Participants must be in good health and inform any medical conditions. Participation under alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

All participants must follow instructions from guides. Failure to comply may result in exclusion without refund.

4. Insurance

Participants are not insured by the Organizer. Each client must have personal health and accident insurance.

Motorcycle Insurance

Without insurance ($45): client pays 100% of damages
With insurance ($45): max liability $500 USD
Minor damage → actual cost (e.g. mirror ~$10)
Major damage → max $500 USD

This insurance does NOT cover theft or damages under alcohol/drugs.

5. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for damages unless caused by gross negligence. Services may be delegated to third parties.

Actions of third parties or participants
Force majeure or natural events
Delays or external changes

Failure to follow instructions releases the Organizer from responsibility.

Confirmation

By booking, you confirm that you accept all terms and conditions.
